caffeine* in a sachet. Can’t even tell how much is in it. Have seen preworkout with 500mg of caffeine in a serving before.
This is what put me off trying these as a pre/coffee replacement. No idea why they don't state the caffeine dosage, given that it's their main selling point. Sick of seeing proprietary blends that tell you stuff all.
Surely having nothing on the pack saying how much caffeine is in them is illegal…?

I guess because caffeine use is so common and normalised in our society people just kind of forget it's an unhealthy, addictive, psychoactive drug.

Caffeine is not an addictive substance. Its benefits at normal use, cognitive and physical, also far outweights any potential negatives.
But you have to believe in science to understand that.

There is a difference between dependence and addiction. But once again, that requires some belief and knowledge of science.
@tetra: It is definitely addictive to the point where once you and your body get used to it, you go through withdrawal symptoms when you dont get your usual intake and i know people who struggle to function without it.
