Looking to send the occasional parcel (around 10Kg, computer or LCD screen) within Melbourne, same day or next day.
Was thinking of using Couriers Please coupons but keep hearing horror stories.
Was considering Fastway but according to their website they have a minimum usage of 20 coupons a month (I'd only use 3 or 4 per month on average.
Seems my parcels exceed the maximum girth for Australia Post of 140cms.
Any suggestions?
Last time I used them was free pickup as well, something Auspost charges with their click and collect service. Keep in mind their support is email only, even if you called them by phone they will ask you to email your query.
Pick-up is free from you're door, If you drop your item off at there depo, you get a 25% Instant Discount.
The reason why they are so cheap is because everything is done online. You order online, Pay online and support is mostly by e-mail. I did call Hunter Express and they were more than happy to help me with my E-Go enquirees so it's not 100% E-mail.
www.e-go.com.au is owned by Mr. Hunter's son. He fills his dads trucks that have room with the E-Go parcels, This means the trucks that may be 75% full. He fills the other 25% with E-Go orders and everyones happy.

Yep, Best service, drivers are also down to earth and arent continually looking at their watches if you need a few extra minutes.
