Hey all, I know this bargain might have limited appeal but it's a bargain none the less.

All 3 supported platforms are at 50% off for a Labour day weekend sale:
Google Play Store - $4.99 or Free Version (Only 1 connection)
iOS App Store - $7.99
Mac App Store - $14.99

Android Features:
✓ Multi-protocol: supports RDP and VNC
✓ Multi-touch ready: Pinch-zoom, two finger scrolling, mouse dragging all supported. Even three finger taps are supported to quickly show and hide the keyboard.
✓ Easy and secure setup: Automatically configure your PC or Mac for remote access using Wi-Fi and 3G without worrying about your router settings. Set up as many computers as you like and manage them all using your Google account (optional)
✓ SSH Tunnel support (new!)
✓ The best external keyboard and mouse support on Android: Supports all external keyboard keys and shortcuts. Right mouse clicks supported too with external mice - all natural, PC like!
✓ Universal application: Works on tablets and phones - buy it only once and use it on all your Android devices
✓ Full support for multitasking: Switch to other apps without disconnecting
✓ Supports large custom screen resolution
✓ Full mouse support: left and right clicks, dragging, scrolling, precision pointer movement

Finally if anyone would like to "enable" the RDP feature in Windows 7 Home Premium that Microsoft seems to have forgotten, you can use the app from this link.

Would you like all 3 platform prices in there JV?

      • Surely even jv can't fit all three in there!

        • It's best not to underestimate the genius of his triple penetration abilities.

Maybe you can put "$4.99 to $14.99"?

"Would you like all 3 platform prices in there JV?"

No, just the average, and std dev would be fine…

      Its in the description…

  • has anyone used it to know how well it works?
    and is it secure?

    • Tis my worry also. Is my desktop just between me and my pc or is it a threesome?

      • Is my desktop just between me and my pc or is it a threesome?

Lol ~wonders if this is a trick question to get me banned for "inappropriateness" if I answer~ =)

    • Most people claim it's one of the best available, I'd agree however I only use the Android version.
If you own an Android device, try the free version first here. It's fully featured but only allows 1 saved connection.

    I use TeamViewer
Free for private use, but you get a 'nag' to buy at the end of each session.
I am using only the Android app with 1 x XP and 2 x Win 7.
I am just a basic user and find it works fine for my use.
don't know about security though but trust it should be good considering it is commercial and quite popular.

    • I agree that TeamViewer is great. Free for home/personal use and on the Android platform. Don't know about iOS but I'm pretty sure it's free there too.

      The nag isn't exactly bothersome.

      Security updates are regular.

  • Just bought thanks. Been looking for a good rdp app for android. Only gripe is that it doesnt seem to like the trackpad on tf300 for taps.

  • There seems to also be a free version on the android play store which apparently the only difference is you can only connect to a single computer. Thanks OP.

  • I've been using 2X Client for rdp, though only briefly.
