Random background- my didi accounts have been hacked and the hackers have changed the mobile number. Anyone has any experience? They could go from one account to the next very easily it seems. I have used paypal as an option but currently has no valid card in paypal to be used as payment. They could still go on their Didi rides! Contacted didi but they don't seem to care and here I am just receiving didi rides email.
Yes but uber. Talk to your bank, but also unconnect your paypal.
unfortunately, I have lost access to the didi account as they have changed the mobile number. Not sure how they could do it, absolutely mindblown here.

Contacted didi but they don't seem to care
They never will. I was unethically charged an airport service fee (!) and a waiting fee by the driver. Driver tricked me and waited outside the airport at an MCD restaurant. I have phone records and in app message screenshots where I was asking him to pick me up from the booked location but he never did. I submitted a complaint 4 weeks back and only got an auto reply that says a member of team will contact within 24 hours, nothing after that. Submitted more requests but still got nothing.
I can definitely understand the frustration you are facing! I still have not resolved my case and this person using the account is travelling around Perth for the past few days.

Do the vouchers work like gift cards? E.g. if my fare is $15, will the $20 voucher be used with a remaining balance of $5? Or does my fare have to be at least $20 in order to use the voucher?
Can be lower than $20 to get a free ride. But no leftover value, after that the voucher is just gone.
Is the referral benefit up to date?

Not sure how is it $120, there will be only 4 Thursdays (27/07, 03/08, 10/08, 17/08) from the date this deal was active. It's $80 saving per account, unless you have multiple accounts.
