Our Morphy Richards pot's coating started flaking off after a few months of weekly use, however Costco refused to deal with warranty issues and ask us to contact Morphy Richards instead. Anyone else had the same issue or warranty contact? thanks
Costco tried this with me when some headphones I bought failed. They're wrong. Quote the Australian Consumer Law to them (https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/problem-with-a-product-or-…) and especially "Businesses must not tell consumers to take the problem to the manufacturer or importer". Persist and they'll agree to let you take it to a store for a refund.
Good price delivered. That's gen 1 though.
