Would like to convert my AMEX points to KF under my missus' account. Is it possible to redeem using her KF account details?

No. Must be a direct match between AMEX and KF account names.
Dont, I did it once, was immediately flagged by Krisflyer - they were nice enough to transfer it to the correct account or back to the amex card
add her as secondary card holder and transfer?
You cannot do that but you can book a flight in her name. Just make sure you add her as a nominated person in your account first.
Saw classified ads where people sells KF or Amex point. What's the trick?
I called them up to ask for you, but they insisted on speaking to the account holder.
