Hi Gurus - I'm trying to decide between the new Gen 8 Lenovo Yoga 7 AMD versus the largely equivalent Intel Yoga 7i model.
Primary use is in the classroom - so ideally am trying to get a legitimate full day's use out of the battery - for school style programs - and would want to use sleep/power management when moving between classrooms.
Which would you purchase, the Intel or the AMD? (Note the Intel has Thunderbolt 4, whilst the AMD has USB4 @ 40Gbps)
Both machines have the same display/battery/wireless along with 3y onsite warranty
Display: 14" WUXGA (1920 x 1200), OLED, Glare, Touch, HDR 500, 100%DCI-P3, 400 nits, 60Hz, Glass
Battery: 4 Cell Li-Polymer 71Wh
Wireless: Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX & Bluetooth® 5.1 or above
Note the AMD machine has a bigger SSD, and increased memory speed.
