I ordered some items for Telsa model Y from Satonics website, a powered frunk kit and a dash instrument display, as they were having a sale and previous sales on OZB showed they had no negs.
The items were promptly shipped using Fedex and Satonic informed me there were 2 packages that formed the shipment. Fedex delivered today but there was only the frunk kit, 1 parcel. I checked with Fedex if the shipment had been split or if they had any other deliveries coming to my address and the said no, only 1 package was picked up from Satonic. On the Fedex tracking details it clearly shows only 1 package and gives the dimensions and weight which precisely match the delivered frunk it.
I have remitted all this info to Satonic including screenshots but am getting radio silence.
I notice on their website fine print that they say as they check all international orders thoroughly they will not engage in any resolutions for missing items.
I paid via paypal and am wondering if I should involve them, I have never had to go down this path before so not sure how to proceed.
Has anyone haid any dealings with Satonic were they had an issue with order? If so how did you resolve it?
Any advice appreciated as I fell I just did my dough.
