I do think it's that certain girl rather than a brand most of the time, but with some places the service is consistently bad/good. Some places train their employees to spot a potential customer within minutes, so if they know you're just here for samples they won't bother with you.
Clinique is owned by Estee Lauder. haha. same company, same staff attitude.

I got this back in January. Oh well, I love getting samples, will go back for more. The girl I got back then here in Syd was very nice.
