Kogan Mobile - Can Call and Send Text but Can't Receive

Hi all,

For some odd reason, I can use my Kogan e-sim to call and send texts but I cannot receive any calls/texts.

Does anyone have this problem / know a proper solution?

My mom had the same issue with one of those weird small providers with only websites and no store front or proper customer service lines. Can't remember how it was fixed. Better off with a bigger player with better customer support tbh.

I had also with them early this year.
I don't know if it's just me, but their call quality is sometimes not great even under WiFi-Calling.
Since I took the Telstra offer and swapped over there had been no issue since.
