Anyone know what the go is with Rebel's online price matching at the moment?
Have tried to get a price match on a garmin watch and the webchat staff tell you they will send out an email with a coupon that expires at midnight.
Issue is, they are taking longer than 24hrs to send out the coupon… 😅

Yeah i got onto them first thing Sunday morning and then they re logged the job and email arrived around 3pm 😅
Ah ok. I'm facing the same issue now 😕. I've messaged them again, and they said the system that generates the coupon is backed up. Also mentioned that I should try again tomorrow if I don't get the coupon in time.
I did a price match at 5pm yesterday, and they also told me the same via chat. I received the email this morning at 10am, with the coupon expiring tomorrow.
There is some irony in buying a watch with a countdown timer when they can't even get their coupon out in time…
Maybe hit them up early on a week day?
