The code only works if you place the order during 9:30pm-5am. Pre-order food for the next day.

Pretty sure it's on the last page before you submit your order. Should say 'Add Coupon' or 'Add Promo' or something along those lines.

Shit deal (not OP's fault). I have to spend $6 on delivery fees to get the $10 off… Or pay way more than necessary to get rid of the delivery fee. Not worth it
If you get it from a restaurant delivery place that offers free delivery over $20 then you don't have service or delivery fee.

HOWEVER
They've price jacked delivery on every single place. Even local McD that used to offer free delivery over $15 now has moved to a bracket of being charged $3 and only gets free delivery over $60. As has most other restaurants, but their brackets have also increased an average of $1 - $2.. :-/
I think that's menulog delivery places, not restaurant delivery, they set it independently
Also, I think that's weekend pricing, mon to wed it should be 99c delivery plus service fee (around $2)
