Finding the right todo list

Amazingly, of the 50000 todo list services available, I can't find any that meet my requirements. I'm holding out hope that there is one, I just haven't found it.

Must:
Have no ongoing costs
Have a web interface
Sync lists with other accounts (not just share the entire account accross devices)
Have an android app

Should (Must for paid service):
Have an android widget to display lists
Have a web interface that doesn't suck (I'm looking at you Astrid).

Astrid does meet the musts, but I find the lack of a widget annoying, and though I can pay for one the app/web interface I think is really not good enough to justify it.

Evernote is much better, but requires on going payments to allow sync.

Am I just being too unrealistic? Any comments welcome.

      Looks like all-or-nothing sync to other devices to me. Correct me if I am wrong.

      I'm currently thinking that Gtasks might do what I want, but it is not clear if you can sync individual lists, will have to experiment.

    I looked at many as well and ended up with gtasks on the phones and tablet. For the web I use both a Chrome extension called offline tasks and when I'm online and logged into gmail I set up a Google.com/ig home page that shows all 6 lists at once.

    Its not a perfect system but about the best I can find and its free.

      (things move fast in iT so hopefully someone has a nice solution soon)

        Yep, Google plan to close it in November 2013. There's still plenty of time.
