  Pretty good price, worth reading the comments in the linked previous deal too (re: yellowing band/case & water getting in between the case). Clear seems like more trouble than it's worth but alright if you were going to mod it.

    water gets in between the resin bezel and case of all g-shocks built with that architecture, only you don't see it if the bezel is opaque. it's good maintenance to take the bezel off every now and then to clean out the gunk that builds up

      Sounds annoying but will keep it in mind.
      Probably won't bother, got the yellow solar Bluetooth one, don't know if it's been wet yet :P.

      The casioak mods are alright but been done, and the lug to lug is too big (personally), resin is comfortable and light, kind of the idea. Still tempting.
