    I've never tried cognac and I don't plan too, single malt is an expensive vice already I don't need a worse one!

      I personally prefer a nice single malt. That said, I haven't had many (or probably particularly good) cognacs.

      Yeah its normally > $120. Can be as much as $200 in some bottle shops.
