Haven't built a PC in over 10 years so keen to get some feedback and make sure all these parts will work together. Targeting 1440p gaming.

Oh great pickup, thanks! I've updated with EK AIO 240 D-RGB 66.04 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
No probs, I did find one post where someone got it to fit but they weren't super happy with it. Sounds like it might be more trouble than it's worth in this case - https://www.reddit.com/r/sffpc/comments/t2u9id/my_dan_a4_h2o… - EK looks a better option.
Otherwise looks like a great build, I'm very jealous!
The windows key for $120 looks like a scam seller.
I went with very similar Dan A4 build this year, only with 4070 instead of 7900 XTX, so you'd get more headroom. Also note that you won't see the AIO fans in this case, because they'd be underneath the radiator, so unless you really want the CPU block lighting, you might save some money opting for non-RGB.
It'll hit your target for 1440p gaming easily.
The cooler looks like it might be an issue though. According to this post on Reddit - https://www.reddit.com/r/lianli/comments/sp1hr5/comment/i8ez… - they weren't able to get that cooler into that case. It will depend on motherboard layout but it looks like it'll be a very tight fit no matter what cooler you use (especially with a large GPU).
