After bothering to read the thread, I'm disappointed. The "giveaway traffic question" doesn't seem to be giving away anything.
2 wheel hero fled the scene when even MORE pissed off ppl arrived. Why didn't he park the bike where it was and drag truckie out of cab?

Well, we can’t see what happened, just the aftermath.
It could be the rider was going straight and didn’t see the trucks indicator because he was already alongside. Could be the truck indicated and slowed but the Ike tried to get up the side thinking he had time before the turn.

The bike doesn’t need to give way to the truck cause he’s a bike rider, the most important human beings on the planet, and they are allowed to filter, even if it is in a turning lane or on the footpath. The thing probably isn’t even registered being a trail bike.
But seriously he needs to give way unless he wants to end up under all 24 wheels.
Bike should give way to truck. Bike shouldn’t even be there dawg it’s the opposite way of traffic
