    It looks like a custom band just for that watch. By the time it breaks they won't be available I reckon.

  Quiksilver are actually easy to get replacement bands from, you can go to the shop but i would call them direct. Last time i bought bands for my quiksilver watches they were 25.00 each shipped and they had all the old ones i needed ie skully 1 & 2.
