How many times does it have to be pointed out that an external SSD can be, and is often, just an internal SSD in an external enclosure. That's the way it was with external HDDs, and that's the way it is with SSDs. If you can get a good price for an internal SSD of whatever size, just add the price of an external enclosure and you've got an external SSD.
If only the cost of an external SSD was higher than the combined price of an internal SSD and a decent case (note - it isn't)
If only the OP had enough common sense to figure out a search box (note - they don't)
