      Both of my 2 cats don't like Felix as much as other wet food (for example, Dine)

      They will lick the Dine tin container shiny clean, but they won't finish a single bag of felix…

    My girls love these but they've stopped eating any of the tomato flavoured ones, so 1/3 of the boxes end up going uneaten. Too bad both options have a tomato variation! Great price though

    My suspicion with Felix and why cats generally love this over healthier premium options is the added sugar. Once they get a taste for the sugar they won't want 98% possum or lamb meat with bone, sinue and organs which is better for them.

    Cheap wet food is still better than any dry food though. Put an end to urinary and kidney problems caused by dry diets, feed your cats any wet food they prefer. Cats aren't like dogs, they don't drink enough water from a bowl unless they're already too dehydrated. They naturally get their moisture from their prey so they don't have a strong thirst drive. Add water to their dry if you need to. Kidney disease is horrible to support a cat through in their senior years.

      I think we sorta need to find a balance, I would rather give my cats premium dry kibble than the $1 can of Smiggle from the super market. Also better for their teeth.
