I've been following these for a while and that's the cheapest I've seen them. Oakley store (AU) has them for $299.99 (non-polarized). Amazon US was cheaper, but wouldn't ship to Australia. My best google search was ~$237
Now, I know people have quite polarized (hehe) views on Oakley sunnies in general, but I think it's a pretty good price.
Just a sidenote, I went in to have a look yesterday, and the polarized version wasn't available in-store. Rep said there is stock at warehouse though.

EDIT: A bit confused as to how many sets of lenses come with this site? Under 'Lens' there's only one description, but at the bottom it says '2 sets of Oakley HDO lenses included'.
Does that mean it's 2 sets of the same lens? Then the one in the deal gives you 2 different lens types…

The lenses are different. Also, it's about $15 cheaper at SelectSpecs.com ($US204.81 / $AUD197.38 + ~$AUD6 Shippping = Total $AUD203.38).
