I purchased a Sony RX100 camera last year in August (less than 12 months ago) - I have the proof of purchase.
Yesterday the camera stopped working. Completely dead. No life at all. Have switched our batteries, cables etc but to no avail. It's never been dropped and in perfect cosmetic condition.
Can I lodge a Sony Australia warranty claim, given the camera was purchased overseas?
Does your internet not work when you email Sony Australia?
