I’m looking to add video door bell and initially I thought if Reolink PoE one but due to complications in electrical plans, sparky told us we cannot add PoE as it and if we really need to add its but expensive so now I am looking for either wireless or wired smart doorbell.
Any specific recommendations please?

I think you need to consider a competent sparky and ditch your current one.
Ditch that sparky. He clearly doesn’t know PoE.
Would you be able to elaborate more on why the Electrician said this? Is it some odd situation where running CAT6 to the door is expensive for some reason? I can't see why it would be an issue as the PoE injector could sit next to the router.
Confusing AF post, but yeah, running ethernet cable for PoE should be just as easy, or easier than 240V wiring. And it doesn't need an electrician.

You could just put a camera above your door, it'll detect and alert you when a human or package is detected. Of course it'll also detect stray cats as humans and rain as "movement"…

Get a Eufy wireless doorbell.
