$17ish is the normal price from your local Indian or Asian grocery store, so $18.99 isn't cheap and definitely not a bargain
The Spice shop in Ravenhall had Miller Sunflower oil on sale for $18.50
I wouldn't consume this even if it were free
Why?
Production of these types of oils uses chemicals.
Chemicals are then removed with traces remaining, then it is deoderised so it smells good enough to eat.
Contains omega 6 fats which are inflammatory.
Do some research online and you will find out that it's nowhere near as good as extra virgin olive oil.
Olive oils are extracted using mechanical methods and are high In omega 3 fats.
Can be used for saute frying. I use it for everything
