TopCashBack Not Responding

Hi

I finally decided to give Topcashback a go after seeing this offer https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/776804

I’ve followed up with them because nothing is showing on their portal as confirmed transaction or bonus but haven’t even got a response back from them after several emails.

Is there a better way of getting hold of them?

      I did submit a ticket but they thought it was for eBay plus membership. I corrected them and heard nothing back.

      Re submitted another one via the link.

    I submitted a ticket over a week ago and I've not heard a thing also.

    Good news. Got a email with an offer to close case.

    I received a reply today with an offer that excludes the $10 bonus cashback. Replied and hoping for a response.
