I noticed it seems to be the OzB cheapest for the speaker

I don't own one but my mate does and they are pretty good quality, not an audiophile speaker, but definitely good for parties as they are strong on bass.

    I've had both.
    The biggest diff. Is aesthetics.
    The hyperboom definitely blends into the room better.
    The party box makes itself very apparent. Colourful lights are pretty cool.
    The 310 is much bigger than the hyperboom.
    A more similar comparison would be the party box 100 /110. (The 110 isn't necessarily better than the 100)

    The hyperboom is more accurate and refined in its bass.
    The party box is simply more "fun" to listen to.
    I prefer my partybox.

  I picked up a Hyperboom a few years after buying a UE megaboom. Certainly happy with quality of sound, volume, bass & battery life.
