Wow! Those really are the most obviously fake positive reviews. I would avoid them purely on that.
I personally don't mind using online travel agents but distinctly remember researching about this bunch and hesitating - their online reviews seemed to be heavily sockpuppeted, and those with negative reviews talk about bookings being unconfirmed/flights changing/prices increasing after you hit the book button, which suggest deeper underlying issues than your typical agent.
Other more established online travel agents like gotogate get negative reviews because after sales support is poor, and anything requiring interaction with them after you book is expensive - but those are things that are perfectly fine to me if I walked into it with eyes wide open in the first place. They at least don't tend to have issues with getting you a ticket for the price shown during the booking process (that said, keep an eye out for price changes as you go through the process itself - many of them have a million buttons, in the hope that you'll click "yes" on one of them which will allow them to add some random service on).

Any other layer between passenger and airline adds potential for complications.
