Most smart plugs only do 10amp max load, looking for one that can control a heater or dryer which both run a high 17amp.
Anyone know of good smart plugs that do over 10amp?

The biggest residential plug is 15 amp, which clearly isn't the 17a that bargin is alleging. And nobody with a commercial 3-phase dryer is going to a bargains forum for electrical advice.
I'm going to call user error and wait for the OP to correct their misreading.
My dryer is also on a tapo p100. Didn't even think of the power rating at the time..
Sounds like a fire waiting to happen.

Are you using special power points or some such? I could be wrong, but aren't standard power points only 10amp rated anyway? My dryer is on a Tapo mini and works with Alexa- $17 on Amazon.
