Cut Resistant Safety Gloves

Hello Brainstrust, can someone kindly advise what brand of cut resistant gloves do you use at home for a mandoline slicer ?? I would also like to know the types/brands to avoid (if there is any) and what should I look for?? Thanks in advance.
Cheers

Work on your knife skills and much easier and quicker to clean a knife.

    • Thank you for your suggestion, but as an ozbargainer I bought the mandoline on sale prize and want to make the most of it with no loss of fingers or tissue lol.

Ansell Hyflex 11-561 (cut C level, silicone free, food grade, all that jazz).

    • Thank you yummy, for your suggestion. Will look into it :)

  • Stainless Steel Mesh Gloves would be the ultimate.

    • Thanks JIMB0

  • we bought the borner brand 15 odd years ago, came with a holder that allows getting down to the last 5mm of whatever it is you are slicing and no risk of injury (unless you are an absolutely clutz)
