We are using it most days, unfortunately i'm looking for an annual subscription.
ArchiCAD user - i've heard plenty of stories about this - which i basically sum up as 'they have us over a barrel' -
although AUTOdesk might be different to ArchiCAD, as AC have 'reps' that touch base regarding roll over and i assume to check on your account.Let me know how you go

10k a year, that's impressive. I thought my 5k a year to digital ocean was too much. I have so much bandwidth to spare, but never enough compute. that's where they get ya.
If you don't use it all day everyday, check out the Autodesk flex/ token system. Worked pretty well for me
Otherwise you can squeeze a reseller. They are ofter pretty keen to get a sale in before EOFY
