Commonly known as Vodafail, do you really experience this failure? The Kogan plans offer some of the cheapest prices per month per GB on sales such as the current one. What city is your experience based on? What are your data speeds like on average?

No i'm not with Vodafone
OK, I am on all three networks.
I'm with cmobile Vodafone (for one of my numbers).
Coverage is definitely below par when compared to Optus.

I don't
Tempted to switch from Vaya to the Kogan 500gb plan as it is cheaper and a lot more data, but also concerned about coverage..
Great in Vic metro areas and home, I think I'm very close to a tower. Horrendous in regional areas - we drove Melbourne to Adelaide recently, poor to nil reception for a good chunk of the drive.
Just ordered a sim with them, Vodafone is one of the players i havent had much experience with so far, honestly directly through Vodagkne theyve never been the cheapest as in deals
Edit: simcard sitting beside me on bedside draw , ok lets try them put, so far Telstra got the best speeds over 700 MBps obviously 5G, Optus around 100 MBps only 4G in my area
Did you try vodafone?
Quite good at work, not great at home
Mine is fine in Sydney.
I'm interested to know the same. I want to trial their 5g network but struggling to find a reasonable priced sim to test for 1 month. Most resellers are 4g only.
Speed is good (better than Telstra/less congested).
Coverage is not so good, average 2 - 3 bars in the city, elsewhere in the country it's non-existent.Speed is a subjective thing!
If all the ones who never pass a driving test would be excluded from making road rules or tied forever to a -1G network the world might be a better place.
As for Voda, tried it and because of loneliness it does actually work!
Coming from Circles, Kogan has been much poorer in terms of signal strength and speed in a lot of areas I've been in around Sydney. Live in south-west Sydney if that helps. 4/4 bars inside the house with Circles, 2/4 with Kogan.
iPhone 12
Would probably just change carriers every 6 months or so with those Circle deals and whoever is has a sale at the time. Not impressed with Kogan and looking forward to the 12 months ending. Bloody good deal, but has been annoying not having a strong connection when I need it.
Thanks for the detailed response.
Make sure your device has B5 (850MHz) 4G frequency to be best covered by the VF signal. Some phones made for Telstra/Optus or from overseas market lack it.
