Norton Internet Security 2012 (1 User 3 PCs 1Yr) from eBay?

I am thinking about buying NORTON INTERNET SECURITY 2012 - 1 User 3 PCs 1Yr, antivirus on eBay.
How come U.S.A sellers sell them cheaper? Will it be the same (will it work in Australia?)
How come there are no Chinese sellers?
Sorry, am I asking silly questions?

    Many factors(I think it's primarily wage and potential target market)
    Same reason why things in USA are cheaper than Aus

    You probably won't be able to find them on ebay; as they you can get Norton for free(illegally of course)

    Norton is silly; why not just MSE(Microsoft Security Essentials)

    The Chinese have their own preferred brands of antivirus. One example is Rising:

    Well, they use Western products as well, but their own brands are reportedly cheaper and better from a chinese perspective.
