I've been looking to buy the Bosch 12V Flexiclick driver for sometime, and had eBay/Pitney Bowes 'lose' a pervious order. I was about to pull the trigger again on one on eBay for $260 AUD and while Amazon US had the same model brand new for about $360AUD, I saw this and immediately purchased. Currently on special at 40% off, for our purposes it comprises two tools, two batteries (and yes, a charger that cannot be used in AU) for approximately $330AUD.
Bearing in mind that any Bosch 12V tool in Australia starts at $265 for a skin-only tool, for two tools and two batteries I consider this to be a good deal. Yes, no warranty, but I had a green 10.8V drill last fifteen years, I will take my chances :oP
