Gamers Nexus recently did a video review on this cheap budget CPU air cooler from Jonsbo and both variants are currently on sale. Given this is an ultra-budget CPU cooler it's not a bad option if you're without a stock cooler and/or wanting to cool something that's low power (<65W) like the AMD Ryzen 5600 (non-X), 5500 or the 3000 series.
The main difference between the CR-1200 and CR-1200E is that the E variant is more slim and will fit better in cases with tighter clearances. Given these have a 92mm fan they're already pretty small compared to other CPU air coolers. A comparison of both is below.

i don't know much about Jonsbo, but I won't trust my rig with a $15 cooler from Aliexpress.
