Samsung 18 kg Bespoke AI Grande Washer and 10 kg Bespoke AI Grande Hybrid Heat Pump Dryer

Hi Everybody,

Has anyone had any experience using either of the following appliances:

Samsung 18 kg Bespoke AI Grande Washer (WF18B9600KV)

Can not find any reviews on these products (perhaps are new models). Seem like they are only sold at Samsung or Harvey Norman. Would like to stack Dryer on the Washer.

    Download the washing machines user manual and have a look, the 18kg rating seems a little optimistic looking at its load ratings of wash weights, some are 2kg - 9kg.
    Also make sure you check dimensions as its a fair bit bigger than regular machines in depth.

      Most are like that, my Bosch 9kg washer is only 9kgs on certain program cycles, ie the 3 hour one! All the others they derate the cycle size to get some speed. Things like the 15 min quick wash is more like 1kg aka a few items of clothes.

    Bought one year ago, glass door self-exploded and shattered all over the place inside drum. Samsung refused to replace or refund. Apperently no parts available and no ETA. Made complaint and no one cares. VOC Manager replied it is physical damage due to abnormal use so does not cover under manufacturer's warranty nor Australian consumer Law 's guarantee. they don't even send anyone come to the house to inspect and remotely determined a use misuse. Will never ever buy Samsung
