Does anyone know where can I buy cheaper Hard Yakka products?

I am planning to buy legend/xtreme trousers and chippie boot shoe. Its for my husband, working on construction site. He worked too hard, thus every 1/2-1 year, we need to buy new ones.

On Ebay is cheaper, however plus shipping, its the same as RRP on most outlets.

Are there any other places which are on sales? Or going to factory outlet in broadmeadows is cheaper?

I am not sure whether factory outlet prices is the same as normal outlet prices.

Any recommendation?
