Basically, I'm a big fan of this functionality from Citi but I really don't want to be tied to them for the long term. I have done some looking around but I can't find anything too similar elsewhere. Do other banks / card providers do this? Or is Citi the standout here?

I don't mind being 'tied' to them for eternity if it meant free 20k+ cash advances and points.
No other bank comes close to this right now. The only way to do this with other credit cards would be through payment processors which charge a fee.
