Why is it that menulog is so frustrating to deal with? I always put in orders for ASAP but every time I seem to place an order for pickup, the store owner asks the question. Please select I'm here on the app but there is no option to do that. So annoying. Like today I specified ASAP and the order came up as ready by 1:20pm. Store owner couldn't do anything until it showed on their system. Is this just me or is it happening to lots of people?
Seems to be an issue with my usual kebab joints for some reason the Indian restaurant down the road doesn't have that issue but probably because their food takes longer.
What did menulog advise when you asked them? If it's frustrating you & it isn't user error then it could be a glitch in their system.
