  • Got it at historical low I think 2 years ago, still over half full, very good for general cleaning. You will need to also buy the tap like attachment.

  • Truck wash good 👍

  • Many of the reviews for this product are from people using it to wash their cars.
If this is as good as the brand name car washes (such as those on the SCA site that come in 1.25L bottles), then this is really good value, even when at the full price of $133.
The small bottles of car wash do include wax, so this has to be factored in separately.

  • Any detailers on here that would like to comment if this is fine to use with ceramic coating? I used it previously in a snow gun and works well but have heard mixed reviews with use on ceramic coatings.

    • I'm no detailer but the SDS on their website says pH of 7.5-8.5 which is well within range of most ceramic coatings I think (e.g. Titan can handle up to pH 14).

    • Many ceramic coatings require a decon with something way stronger than this. If you're really worried, just make sure you're getting it rinsed off well (focus a bit more on plastic trims)

      • But you only need to decontaminate your car like ONCE per year, you cannot draw a comparison like that.

why would people spend hundreds or even a thousand+ on ceramic coating but cheap out on soap.

        • Sorry, I shouldn't have generalised and should have clarified that was for opticoat:

"No. Opti-Coat will not be affected by any cleaning chemicals. In fact, because of Opti-Coat’s chemical composition, our ceramic coating thrives on strong chemical cleaners because they have a tendency to remove contamination more efficiently."
