Been eyeing this set for a while so thought I'd share it with the people who have fuelled my impulsive spending for so many years.

I had the same thing happen to my sharpening stone from Amazon JP. But then I ordered something else from JP that was the size of a matchbox but overly packaged in a shoebox with lots of stuffing.

My last 2 Lego from Amazon Japan arrived with no issues (Ducati and Pooh) btw. Had a few packages from Amazon Japan delivered within Japan box weren't damaged as well

I had the opposite experience with Lego from Amazon JP. Amazingly well packaged. Internal plastic film attached to a piece of cardboard which is then glued onto the actual Amazon box.
I had the same. It wasn't Lego branded set, and it had a bunch of Japanese stickers on it
Same. That's how my switch controller was packed - looks like the packaging process is automated.
I had one with an Ars pruning saw. The box had a hole punched through and the saw was missing with only a sheath.
My packages from Amazon JP have all been in excellent condition.
I also appreciate how the labels peel off so easily in the Amazon JP boxes. I don't get why the Australian ones don't do that. It makes it so much easier to reuse the boxes without it looking like your dog had a go with it.
This looks cool π But they cheaped out and didn't include Kevin, Oscar and Angela's desk, really should for the price they charge IMO.
Don't forget the kitchen (Ryan in the closet), Toby and whoever is within him out back. The warehouse would also be nice where Michael and crash the fork lift.

Plus Creed and Meridith's desk too, and yeah the warehouse and kitchen would be sweet additions for sure π Lego must be making a mint selling things like this for $180, the profit margin must be astronomical.

Just get the bunnings warehouse and forklift and leave the stickers off. lol
Exactly. I love the set, but part way through the build I was like 'wait, this is only half of the office!' and then I whinged about it the rest of the time.

I don't get the pricing of lego. I love the show but can't justify this purchase
For the size of the set, the number of me mini figs and the fact that it's an "ideas" set which are generally shorter runs and go up in value once their discontinued. This is actually a good price for Lego.

Fair warning my last package from Amazon JP (sharpening stone) arrived pretty banged up… The Aus post person apologised for the condition it arrived in but said that was how they received it, take it as you will but if you like your Lego boxes in good nick may not be the way to go…
