It actually the 2021 (M1) model so only one behind current. Very few changes from the 2021 to the 2022 really.
No it's not. Now we have gen 6, that's gen 3. It's from 2018 I believe
The 11 inch variant has only been around for 4 generations, so this one is only 1 year behind. You're thinking of the 12.9 inch (yes they're stupidly treated as different generations)
