      You can, but if your monitor is 4k, you would only get maximum 30 frames per second. Normally people would look for at least 60fps.

      Yes you can, it just won't look quite as nice if you use it everyday.

    Should be a deal breaker right there if you're looking to connect a 4K monitor. 30Hz refresh rate is AWFUL. Basic tasks like moving the mouse pointer and dragging windows around are a bad experience at 30Hz.

          @Nom: yea, probably not if you’ve got a 4k monitor but it would be perfect if you don’t which has a lower resolution.
