That should be more reserved for a fountain pen… not as reliable as a ballpoint pen..
It's much cheaper, but more easily broken, chewed etc.
You may find the Rotring nicer to use. Eg. A second hand, 40 year old rusted Datsun will get you from A to B. However, i suspect that many OzBers drive something newer and more comfortable despite having to spend more

I was hoping for some real feedback about the feel and weight of it compared to a regular "nice" pen. Measurements don't really help with that.

This is rank 1 in mechanical pencils and seems much more advanced and is cheaper. Tempted but I don't really write anything anymore
I don't like that one as much as the Alpha Gel version, you get a worn out ring finger with long periods of (left handed) writing

It takes D1 refills. You can find the refills on Officeworks and Amazon.

I have had this same Rotring Multipen for 10-12 years and love it….
I bought Rotring 600's etc and have never used them.
I think I paid $75-$80 back then.
