I can't be sure, but normally it'd shout it's not a single-layer if it was. Happy to be corrected. This one is also "silky white", embossed, and 2-ply explicitly, but different packaging.
This will be 2 ply I think but this doesn't tell you the thickness.

During Covid when there was no TP on supermarket shelve ppl like you were wiping with Reflex paper and tree leaves.. and woulda killed for a piece of 2-ply

Agreed, sadly bought Sorbent as they didn't have Icare 100% Recycled Toilet Tissue 3 Ply last time (koala brand).

I've been to 3 stores, none of them has any. They didn't give rain cheque as they were not catalogue special. waste of time.
You should go a few days earlier or call them before you go if there is any stock in store.

This seems to be 180x32=5760 single layer sheets.
For $8, Aldi sells 8 double-layer 3-ply rolls. It's 360x8=2880 - half the number of sheets, but: three times the layers, cheaper, less storage space and less chance of your finger piercing it.
