I took advantage of the free year of Amazon Prime through the Optus 'yes' portal a year ago. Looking at my Amazon account, it says I have to cancel my order through Optus, but it seems like Optus has got rid of their "deals" section of the app.
Before I stay on hold with them for an hour, has anyone else who took up the deal a year ago managed to cancel their subscription?

I had the same, log into subhub and cancel amazon prime from there.
I just cancelled in subhub, dont like the price rise. Was a little tricky to find, but its there
just do through subhub. I did mine week ago
Ah man, thanks heaps everyone. I was trying to do it through the mobile app, didn't even think of the website. I am turning into a millennial?
(to be fair, i subscribed through the app, I assumed you could unsubscribe there too…)
I believe, you would need to log in to your account, Click on you service with Amazon prime attached, click on Addons and remove it form there. Addons is where you can have Nextflix, and optus sports etc. I dont have anything so I can't be 100% sure, but I see when I go SUBHUB you can activate, and I assume de-active addons
