I took advantage of the free year of Amazon Prime through the Optus 'yes' portal a year ago. Looking at my Amazon account, it says I have to cancel my order through Optus, but it seems like Optus has got rid of their "deals" section of the app.
Before I stay on hold with them for an hour, has anyone else who took up the deal a year ago managed to cancel their subscription?

I believe, you would need to log in to your account, Click on you service with Amazon prime attached, click on Addons and remove it form there. Addons is where you can have Nextflix, and optus sports etc. I dont have anything so I can't be 100% sure, but I see when I go SUBHUB you can activate, and I assume de-active addons
