Any Suggestion for Landlord Insurance for Unit and Only for Couple Months

I have just bought a unit and the settlement date is coming soon.
It has current tenants and I plan to move in after the lease end.

~~I'm trying to find where can I get Landlord Insurance; probably content insurance only for couple months?~~

It seems many require minimum 6 months .

Any suggestion for landlord insurance?

Get a quotation, go to the payment method, and select monthly?
Or at the end of settlement, cancel it and you will get a refund of the remainder.

  I saw all of them pay annually and I thought that how it works as a first home buyer.

As an aside, just manage expectations or have backup plans re vacating the current tenant. In short, laws are in their favour and there are methods for them to stay longer beyond the lease end date.

Best to get updates from them/agent on their progress for moving out just in case you're on a critical path of (for example) moving in the day after their planned move out.
