It's a 3060 doesn't need great cooling
but MSI is one of the "not ideal" out of all brands…
What do you mean by not ideal? I've been locked with MSI cards for the past 15 years. They've been solid and powerful.
He wasn't insinuating they blow up or anything lol, just that relatively they're likely worse. There was a post not that long ago that for the life of me I haven't been able to relocate yet. It was an analysis of the quality control on different AIB parts. Ventus ranked towards the bottom and I've heard this sentiment somewhere else too so it seems it's not an isolated incident. The SKUs that were compared though were for another GPU. All AIBs however seem to vary in quality even within their own sub branding between generations and different GPU tiers, so it's kind of a mess altogether.
Oh yes I'll agree the ventus line has always been garbage. You need to focus towards the slightly upper area, the gaming labelled card. Its a little stronger, has one of the best cooling of any card out there, and is just a real joy to own. It used to be called the twin forzr line or something. Now its gamingX I think.

Only objection would be that I hear Ventus models are some of the worst, though I'm not sure if this is across the board or depends on the GPU SKU in question. Shame the Asus dual deals have expired.
