I am currently in India and is thinking of activating YouTube premium.I will always have access to Indian debit/credit card. How do I get there INR payment options as it's still showing prices in Australian dollars despite the location automatically changed to India.Do I have to change anything else in YouTube App or Google account?
On your Android device, open the Google Play Store app Google Play.
At the top right, tap the profile icon.
Tap Settings and then General and then Account and device preferences and then Country and profiles.
Tap the country where you want to add an account.
Follow the on-screen instructions to add a payment method for that country.
It'll take 48 hours for it to update. (PS: changing your Google Play country location will cause some apps to become geoblocked: Aliexpress, Tiktok and weChat for example can't be downloaded there)
If you can't do this, you might have to sign up via desktop browser, via https://www.youtube.com/premium. It'll detect that you're in India with a valid IP address and it should show you payment options in INR. This is how I initially signed up to YT India about 3 years ago.
