my order went through without an issue, but my husband's got stuck with the payment processing and it timed out after 25 minutes (at FC end through Flypay), so they cancelled the order. We had to do it again, but unsure if this new order gets the bonus points, as it didn't reflect it when doing the order the second time, just showed earning 57 points. Even the second time it took 25 minutes for the payment to be processed (Paypal this time) and Westpac said that it was lucky it didn't time out as well. I have emailed FB customer service to see if we are getting the points…. if not, then cancelling the order, as that is one of the main reasons we did it.
