Hit an old camel alert, tied for all-time-lowest.
Consider price-matching at Officeworks for $18.05.
I have two pairs of these for my kids' PCs and they're acceptable.
I wouldn't get them for listening to music or watching movies.

Disagree, I've had $5 speakers that have done better than these.
hahaha good call!
wow someone neg me…LOL
Been cheaper or around the same price 6-7 years ago https://www.ozbargain.com.au/search/node/Logitech%20z150%20S…
I expect the prices to significantly drop on items that are so dated.
speaker technology doesn't really go out of date quite like other tech though
Tell that to people who are dropping upwards of a thousand dollars on soundbars, citing "new technology!"
I am all for the warmth of old British and horn speakers but for a lot of home theatre households the convenience and features of soundbars are hard to beat:
ARC, eARC
Dolby Atmos
wireless rear speakers
ease of setup, settings changes and online streaming control via mobile phone app
integration with other room speakers
not having to use a large, heavy, power hungry AV receiver
Early adoptees had to pay a premium of $1K for some of the above features and now now we are seeing it across low and mid range models at modest prices.
@BlueGlowOne: I wholeheartedly agree with the convenience factors.
I simply disagree with the oft-encountered sentiment that some amazing new technical breakthrough has upturned the basic laws of physics and magically improves sound quality.
Need to add delivery costs for Officeworks to price match Amazon.
Someone in the last deal got OW to price match.
Ow price matched Amazon for me last Dec. Got it for $18.05
I had a pair given as a secret santa. I do not think it is worth it ($5 maybe) as you lose so much fidelity, it is just marginally better than PC speakers.
The Creative Pebble 2.0s are generally below $30 or if you can stretch a bit better I would go for the Creative Pebble V3s for around $50 as a baseline for budget PC speakers.
I'm listening to these right now connected to an iPad at work listening to digital radio. Massive bass? Nah, but decent quality for an office environment
these are absolutely rubbbbish speakers only worth $5 dont expect much from them.
